Thai-Yoga Massage: Also known as Traditional Thai Massage, this form is practiced on a comfortable futon-like mat. This massage involves activation of the meridian lines and several yogic stretches, mild to advanced. This is a very nice style if you are feeling stiffness, or if you are looking to "create space" in different parts of the body. Described as "passive partner yoga," Thai-yoga massage is a surprisingly rejuvenating and dynamic form of bodywork. No yoga experience necessary.
1&1/2 -2 hours: $90.
Thai Hot Herbal Poultice: A steamed herbal compress, filled with organic remedial herbs from Thailand, is thoroughly pounded and rolled over your body. Enter a new level of bliss in this massage that frees blocked energy by addressing energy lines and muscular tension. This intoxicating treatment is wonderful for the relief of stress, fatigue, arthritis, flu and cold symptoms, soreness after sports, and boosting the immune system. Includes work on the meridians, Thai hot herbal poultice and plenty of massage with aromatic oils made from organic herbs from Thailand.
90 minutes: $90
Hot Stone Massage: The grounding and penetrating heat from heated river stones brings a deep state of relaxation, healing, and nurturing.
1 hour: $75, 90 minutes: $95.
Shiatsu and Jin Shin Do Acupressure: The ancient wisdom of the Chinese meridian system is a very powerful form of bodywork which addresses many levels, often with long lasting results. These sessions, which are all fully clothed, can be formulated to specific requests of a mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual nature.
1 hour: $65, 1&1/2 hours: $85.
Reflexology: The feet and hands are where all the nerve pathways end in our bodies. By stimulating and massaging these parts of the body, we receive a profoundly rejuvenative and relaxing effect on the entire body. Combined with a foot bath and neck and shoulder massage, you will feel like a new person after a "sole-ful" hour of attention to these very active places in our body.
1 hour: $55.
Cranio-sacral and energy balancing: Cranio-sacral therapy helps to realign the cranial bones in the head and the general flow of the cerebro spinal fluid. These subtle re-alignments have an incredible effect as the brain and cranial bones remember how to breathe. Combined with energy balancing techniques that address the energetic flows of the physical and spiritual bodies, these sessions are a healing journey into your self.
1 hour: $65
